This is a listing for a Kutani-yaki Shozo kiln pair of lidded teacups. Kutani Shozo was a ceramic painter from the late Edo period to the Meiji era. The designs he left behind are still used as Kutani-yaki designs today. These teacups are a pair with slightly different sizes. The teacups are in overall good condition, but the gold paint on the larger one has worn off. This can be seen in photos 7 and 8. Other than that, there are no noticeable scratches or stains.
