This is a hair ornament for Shichi-Go-San (the Japanese festival for children aged three, five, and seven), consisting of a "chin-koro" and "kanoko." It was carefully made by unraveling a cute, all-shibori kimono. It's plump and turned out very cute. The length is about 65CM, and about 33CM including the tassels.
