I used this for long-distance casting with a cage rig. The drag is very easy to use, and there were no problems during actual fishing. There was a small scratch on the line roller, so I replaced it with a line roller from another model. I don't feel any grinding or scratching. There is some scratch repair. The line attached is PE: 8x3. *5 spool, made in Japan.
