My mother, who loved to travel and was always out and about, passed away last spring at the age of 90. She hardly did any housework and even sent her handkerchiefs (only expensive ones) to the dry cleaners when she was still working. We never had guests, so the dishes she bought on her travels were never used and just piled up in the cupboard. That's why most of the dishes I'm selling are brand new. I used to resent my mother. But now that she's gone, I can only feel gratitude for a life she lived to the fullest. It was truly painful to see her in her final years, when she was in a facility and her dementia worsened, to the point where she didn't even recognize me, and she became so thin. But now, when I think of my mother, who passed away with so many memories in her heart, I believe she was truly happy, and it lightens my own sadness. The teacups are incredibly thin, delicate, and lovely ♡ The last photo is of the noodles my husband prepared for his lunch. Since he can't cook, he prepares everything from the water to the ingredients to the noodles, following the instructions on the package. The grilled chicken was on the package too??
