The venues were both the Tokyo International Forum in 2002 and 2005. I have not confirmed whether they are the same as the commercially available pamphlets. As a bonus, I'm including the paper bag I received at the Episode 3 venue, as it remains. It's filled with many Star Wars-related flyers. However, the paper mask of a Stormtrooper was included, but the rubber bands on the ear parts have melted due to 20 years of storage, and have adhered to the flyers and the inside of the bag, causing some damage.
