I installed it once, but replaced it with a different block due to size issues, so it hasn't been used much. There are minor scratches, but most of them were present from the time of purchase and not due to use. Original packaging included. The brass density seems different from cheaper Chinese-made blocks, resulting in a different sound (in my subjective opinion). This is a private sale, so there may be oversights.
