“Daiei Hawks Masao Fujii Story: ‘Fujii Harry’ Soared into the Sky” Masako Fujii / Mariko Fujii Price: ¥1400 This book features the story of Masao Fujii, a relief pitcher who played a key role during the time when the team was becoming a winning dynasty, told by his mother and sister. When this book was released in 2001, it was said that the signatures of Hawks players were randomly included. The signature is written on the last page of the book, but it appears to be written in the wrong direction, perhaps in haste. This copy includes an autograph by Kazumi Saito, who is still active as the second-team manager of the Hawks. The book has been read once and stored on a bookshelf, but there are some small brown spots on the top due to dust and aging (see photo 3). The pages are in relatively good condition without any folds. I am offering this book to those who know about the retired number 15, and to those who have newly become fans of the SoftBank Hawks.
