This is a Sumikko Gurashi scooter. I bought it about 3 years ago, but I've only used it a few times and have been storing it at home. It has some signs of use, but there's little rust and it's relatively clean. My daughter has already stuck the Sumikko stickers that came with it onto the scooter. The name sticker has also been marked, so I will cover it up before selling. The front wheels do not light up. I wiped it down, but there may be some overlooked details. Please understand.
