I found this while organizing my desk. I bought it at TDL (Tokyo Disneyland). The ink in the stamp pad is mostly dry. There is no deterioration on the stamp surface, and there are no problems with use, but there is some ink staining. There are no noticeable scratches or peeling of the stickers on the outer box or stamp. I think I used it a few times after purchase, so I didn't use it very often.
