These New Balance high-cut sneakers are 15cm and easily fastened and unfastened with Velcro. They keep your ankles warm, and being New Balance, they seem easy to walk in. They are not in like-new condition; there is some fuzzing and dirt, especially near the seams on the soles. There is some fuzzing and pilling on the inside fabric, but I don't think it will bother you much when wearing them.
