This is a miniature tea set from Occupied Japan. I purchased it at an antique market and displayed it at home, but I am selling it to organize my collection. I don't think there are any scratches or chips, but there are some scuffs, dark spots, and what appear to be chipped gold accents (photo 13). This is my amateur assessment, so there may be oversights or misunderstandings. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned.
