This is a Willson euphonium, model TA2900BS. It's a famous and representative model, so I don't think much explanation is needed, but please refer to the manufacturer's catalog for the specifications. (I've included a screenshot of the catalog in the 10th photo.) With prices constantly rising, a new one probably costs around 1.4 to 1.5 million yen. I think it's rare to find one at this price, so please consider it. The following description is based on my personal opinion, so please understand that it may not be objectively correct. ◾︎Regarding major stains and scratches: ・There are traces of solder removal, likely from when the bell support was removed for repair (photo 6). There was no problem with the performance. ・There is a dent on the 3rd valve slide and a small dimple on the bell above the mouthpiece. The plating is peeling only on the slide tubes, and it doesn't appear to be on the main body. I think it's a clean instrument, but it's a used item, so there are also minor scratches and signs of use associated with normal use. Please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to these details. ◾︎Regarding operation: The pistons and slides move smoothly, and I felt there were no problems. ◾︎Regarding customization: The piston springs have been replaced with DAC high-speed springs, and the bottom caps have been replaced with Buzz ones. ※Please note that neither of the original parts are included.
