This is a spike (shoe) case from Rawlings, which was in partnership with Asics at the time. I used it for about three years after buying it used, so it's well-worn and has stains, but the zipper still works and it's not too smelly. If you purchase it, I'd like to clean it up before sending it to you. Please let me know if you don't need me to. I think it can fit spikes or shoes around 30cm.
