These are brand new Ajro Panama zori (sandals) purchased from a craftsman specializing in Asakusa zori and bags at a Tansu-ya event in Asakusa in December 2024, as pictured. They have been worn three times. I was looking for Ajro or Panama zori to match a yamabudou (Japanese mountain grape) basket bag for a photoshoot. The soles are made of cowhide and were custom-made. Purchase price: ¥38,000 (Zori base and thong ¥28,000 + cowhide sole for durability ¥10,000) Height: Approximately 5.5 cm Base: Approximately 24 cm (please check the photos) Size: 23.5 cm, 24 cm, ML size (The thongs were custom-made to fit my shoe size of 23.5 or 24 cm. For zori, I wear HAKU L size and Calen Blosso M size.) Frequency of use: Used three times for photoshoots with tsumugi (pongee) kimono. As a result of walking on gravel roads all three times, there are scratches as shown in the photos. I would like to reflect this in the price. I will be selling these soon because I won't be doing any tsumugi photoshoots for a while, and not wearing them will lead to deterioration.
