This is a mouthpiece that appears to have come with a Yamaha euphonium. I believe it's based on a BLACK&HILL 4G, but I don't know the specifics. I think the rim size is almost the same as a Bach or other manufacturer's 4G. It's for euphonium, but it can also be used on a trombone.
