This is a commemorative item from the 2002 theatrical release of the Doraemon feature film "Doraemon: Nobita and the Robot Kingdom." Please see the photos for the condition. From my perspective, the main body has no scratches or stains. The original plastic bag was opened by a child, so it is partially torn.
