(65-70 rings?) Dimensions: Approximately 33mm x 22mm ● Yakusugi Yakusugi boasts a lifespan of 2,000-3,000 years, with trees over 1,000 years old being called Yakusugi. Due to the geology and climate of Yakushima, their growth is slow, resulting in dense annual rings and high resin content, making them resistant to decay. Currently, felling is prohibited, but buried wood is utilized. It is favored as a symbol of longevity. Koumyou-moku (a type of grain pattern) is said to be auspicious. ● Owls have long been known as the philosophers of the forest and the wise ones of the forest. They are said to have a good turning neck (not having financial troubles), and are guardians of learning. They are associated with auspicious kanji characters such as "Fukurou" (no suffering), "Fukuro" (lucky basket), "Fukurou" (happy and bright), and are also known as a representative of feng shui for improving financial luck. ● Onyx (Black Agate) It is said to represent unwavering belief and support the achievement of goals.
