It's an official Warner Bros. product purchased at a pop-up shop in Shinjuku Isetan back then, and I think it's rare because it's currently unavailable. There's a slight snag on the left side of the wide end, but it's not very noticeable because it's in a dark area, and it doesn't affect use (individual perceptions may vary. Please check the images for the affected area). Other than that, I don't see any noticeable stains, but please understand that there may be oversights due to my amateur inspection.
