They are 92% cotton, 6% elastane, and 2% spandex, making them stretchy. Size 27 inches, flat measurement is 34cm at the waist, 12cm at the hem, and 22cm at the thigh, so they have a tapered skinny design. I used to buy high-rise jeans for a while, but now I prefer low-rise, so I'm selling these.
