This is a classic Hagi-yaki piece, with a pale pink, tasteful appearance. Although it is new and unused, it has been stored in my family's warehouse for a long time. The wooden box (kyobako) was quite dirty, so I had to wash it. The lid has printing on it, so I didn't wash it, but it has warped slightly and barely closes. Considering the shrinkage and warping of the wood, it may not close at all over time. Please understand that the wrapping paper had insect damage and stains, so I have discarded it and will wrap it in new paper. The instruction manual is also quite dirty, but I will include it as it has writing on it. This is an old item.
