I purchased it about three years ago for approximately 10,000 yen and used it in combination with the tripod I have listed separately. Since it uses shuttles, the trajectory can vary depending on the wind, making it good practice, with shots sometimes going straight and other times dropping like a changeup. Also, the shuttles show signs of use, but are still usable. Please consider them as a bonus.
