I tried it two or three times, but it didn't fit my baby, so I ended up storing it at home for three years without using it. There is no head support, instruction manual, or box. The items to be shipped are the baby carrier, the belt, and the storage bag. I think it's in good condition, but it's a used item, so please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to such things.
