This is a carp streamer designed by Taro Okamoto. It's a very rare item. My children have grown up, so I'm offering it to someone who will display it in their garden or on their balcony. I purchased it about 20 years ago. I displayed it outdoors for about 2-3 weeks a year for about 10 years during the carp streamer season, so the colors have faded compared to when it was new. When I bought it, it came with a pole and stand, but I've disposed of those, so this is a sale of the two main carp streamers only.
