This is a front under bar for the JL Wrangler, made entirely of stainless steel. It's φ60.5mm in diameter. It can be easily installed with bolts. It's made to fit the Rubicon bumper (US bumper) shown in the image. You might consider using MICHIRON and then chipping black paint! Since it's SUS (stainless steel), the paint won't peel due to rust.
