I purchased this item, which was listed for display purposes, and restored it to the point where it can be driven. The axles, links, servo mounts, etc. have been metalized. I believe the base model was one of the WPL C series. I don't have much experience in this genre, but I replaced a considerable number of stripped screws with a new screw set. I also made the link suspension, which was almost immobile, movable. The axles, which were not turning due to gear meshing issues, are now operational thanks to parts replacement and backlash adjustment. The original tires and wheels were recently purchased and haven't been used outdoors. The metal shock absorbers are also new, recently purchased. The transmitter and main circuit board were also recently purchased, but they were bought from overseas, not WPL JAPAN (therefore, the transmitter does not have technical compliance certification). There are also a rechargeable battery and charger that I bought with it. There is also a 1.9-inch wheel and tire set, and an adapter to fit them. *These tires have a strong odor from the previous owner's house.
