Very rare, made in Italy for Yohji. It has a collar, zipper closure, and a relaxed, one-size-fits-all fit. A simple knit jacket with no pockets, just a zip closure. One spot (5mm square) has hardened fabric, possibly due to cleaning fluid. I don't remember the cause, but that spot is stiff (not noticeable just by looking).
