This is a "Lucky Money" charm from Koami Shrine in Tokyo's Ningyocho, famous for its financial luck, and introduced as a power spot by palm reader Hidehei Shimada. There is no paper bag from the shrine. Purchased January 2026. Unopened. Founded in 1466 (Bunsei 1), Koami Shrine is revered as a "god of strong luck and warding off evil" because the buildings within the shrine grounds were spared from the air raids during the Great Tokyo Air Raid, and all the soldiers who went to war with the shrine's amulets during the Greater East Asia War returned safely.
