I tested it and it's clear this instrument has been played extensively. The low notes resonate with a rich sound, making them easy to play. Also, perhaps due to the amount it's been played, or maybe the instrument's inherent quality, the notes slot in very easily. No sticking issues. All slides have been adjusted. The 3rd valve slide doesn't have a stopper, so it moves smoothly and gently to prevent it from falling out. The piston felts (both the top and bottom felts) are compressed, so replacing them would likely improve the instrument's performance. (Added note) I asked at Shimamura Music, and they said they could replace the set for around 2000 yen. Regarding the pistons, the 3rd piston feels just a tiny bit sticky, but there's no issue like "it doesn't return," and generally, there are no major problems. (Added note) While testing, it seemed to have become more familiar, and I no longer feel any stickiness. If you're still concerned, please take it to a music store. Even if adjustment is needed, it would probably cost around 3000-5000 yen. However, replacing the felts would likely be more beneficial.
