I bought this at a select shop I happened to enter two years ago. I purchased it as a one-of-a-kind item. My standard bracelet size is 17 cm. It has an extra 2 cm to fit my wrist. I believe the material is stainless steel. It seems to be a piece made by a craftsman from Tsubame-Sanjo.
