This is a formal jacket by Yumi Katsura. I wore it once as a mother-of-the-bride dress, and I think it looks like new. The base color is a gradient from cream to a yellowish-brown. The pattern is created with weaving and embroidery, giving it an elegant sheen. The photos make the pattern stand out, but the last photo with the skirt is the most accurate and gives a gentle impression. The collar ruffles are made of double-layered thin fabric. The body and sleeves are fully lined. When paired with a black long skirt, it has the same level of formality as a black formal kimono (kuro-tomesode), and I used it as a mother-of-the-bride dress.
