The dress has one slightly sheer sleeve, and although the neckline appears open, it wasn't noticeable when worn. There is no waistline, and it's comfortable with no seams from top to bottom. It has a velvet-like ribbon, and a ribbon of the same material forms a collar at the neckline. The bolero was purchased as a set with the dress. It is gold with glitter.
