This is a Chrome Hearts Double Cross necklace, a classic and highly sought-after piece among collectors. I purchased this myself at Chrome Hearts Aoyama and have kept it in my collection, so it has never been used. It's in excellent condition, with only initial minor scratches, so I'm listing it as new/unused. It's so clean that it reflects light, making it difficult to photograph the engravings.
