It's a pocket watch where you can see the dial when you open the lid. I believe it runs on a battery, but I'm not certain. I haven't used it for a long time, so I can't guarantee it will work even if you put a battery in it, so I'm selling it as junk. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned, as it is a used item. It's quite old, so there are small scratches on the front and back.
