Adjusters with only the upper part have been available before, but I thought about how to help those who don't have a drill or an 8mm drill, so I created the lower part. I came up with the drill-free type. DIY Storage Parts A washer has been added between the upper hexagon and the lumber. This addition provides stability and prevents loosening. Therefore, when assembling the upper part, insert the washer into the bolt and then insert it into the hole. Assembly Since it will be shipped disassembled, insert a washer into the bolt as shown in photo 3 and lightly tighten it (do not overtighten), then insert it, and put the washer, nut, nut, and washer in order, and tighten the upper part with a nut. Unlike ready-made products, there are no gaps. Installation Method ① Cut the 2x4 to be the pillar at a height of approximately 80mm less than the installation location. ② Screw the lower part of the adjuster to the top of the 2x4 cut in ①. (Photo 4) ③ Insert the screw side of the upper adjuster into the hole in the pillar made in ②. ④ Once positioned, stand it vertically (using a level), and you can tighten it by turning the lower nut clockwise with a wrench. 〇 Place the scratch-prevention sheet between the bottom of the pillar and the adjuster, sandwiching the floor and ceiling. It's easy to attach with double-sided tape.
