This is a "tsumi-pura" (kit that has been sitting around unbuilt). It is unbuilt. Although it has been some time since I purchased it new or used, there may be dents, scratches, tears, and discoloration on the outer box. However, the contents are not affected. Please understand that this is a used item before purchasing. No price reduction.
