I have kept this with great care. There are no stains or tears. I believe it is in overall good condition. However, as this is a paper publication from over 20 years ago, please refrain from purchasing if you are looking for a completely pristine item or are particularly concerned about condition. It will be placed in a plastic bag to prevent water damage, reinforced with cardboard to prevent folding, and then placed in a bubble-lined envelope. It will be shipped via Yu-Packet Post and dropped off at a post box.
