I purchased this item new and only used it to write on two sheets of paper. The box and accessories are included. Regarding the condition, the only noticeable flaw is a small, approximately 1mm dent on the pen case. If you are looking for a perfect item, please refrain from purchasing. Operation has been confirmed.
