These stitch markers are made with glass bear beads and are used for knitting with knitting needles. (The beads on the bottom are plastic.) They are convenient for pattern knitting, etc. The second photo shows them on a size 15 needle (6.6mm). Please use it as a reference for the size. These are handmade items by an amateur.
