I only need the mouthpiece receiver part, which I purchased at a musical instrument store several years ago. The brand is definitely Miraphone, but I don't know which instrument it's for. Considering the length, I think it's probably for an F tuba, either an Elektra or a Belcanto. The mouthpiece receiver part has been removed. It's dirty, but the gold lacquer remains and there are no dents. I will wrap it in bubble wrap and pack it in a box for shipping. Since the model is unknown, I will put it up for auction.
