When you insert AAA batteries and press the switch, the dorsal fin lights up (tested and working). Also, when you put the included blue flame in its mouth and press the back of its head, the flame shoots out (tested and working). The dorsal fin is interchangeable. There are black stains on the two flames (see photo 2). It is uncertain whether they were there originally or if I stained them. My child played with it a little and then displayed it. Since it's a toy that a child played with, there may be some dirt or minor scratches. For protection during shipping, accessories such as wings and dorsal fins will be detached.
