This is a 100% waterproof adventure pack. The main compartment features a waterproof roll-top closure and a removable waterproof inner liner. This makes it easy to see the contents and clean. Two YKK waterproof zippered pockets (top and bottom) are convenient for storing small items. Kriega's unique alloy tensioners are used for strap adjustment, minimizing flapping. Reflectors are included to enhance visibility at night, improving safety. Six compression straps securely hold your belongings in place. A durable Hypalon carry handle is located on the top. I purchased this approximately 6 years ago. There is a general feeling of use, with yellowing and minor scratches visible. Additionally, there is degradation due to hydrolysis on the rubber portion of the shoulder straps. The inner liner currently has no issues with waterproofing, but it has aged, so if you are concerned, we recommend purchasing a replacement separately. There are no cracks in the buckles, and it can still be used. Also, a harness pocket will be included as a bonus.
