There appears to be no major damage or stains, but as it is a used item and has been stored at home for a long time, there are minor scratches, scuffs, and some dirt on the case and CD. The CD has been tested and plays. There is no obi (sleeve). The booklet has no noticeable stains or tears, but there is a mark on the part that was inserted into the case, as shown in photo 18. I think this is normal, but I've noted it just in case. Please be sure to check the condition in the photos and consider before purchasing. Please only purchase if you understand that this is a long-term home-stored item, has been inspected by an amateur, and is a used item. Please refrain from purchasing if you are looking for a perfect item. It will be packaged with waterproof protection and bubble wrap, and will be shipped via Yu-Yu Mercari delivery.
