This design of printed tag is available, but this one is an old tag. It seems JAM sold one for ¥9790. The color appears to be faded navy, but it also looks like charcoal gray. There's a sense of wear and tear overall. The fabric is also thin. There's a pinhole in the middle of the lower front. I've included it in the image.
