Reclaimers, who aim to advance into space by surfacing Orphan, were attempting to expand their forces by reviving the plates that appeared worldwide in response to Orphan, thereby creating giant humanoid weapons called Glanchers. At that time, the revival of the plates began, and Glancher's nemesis, Brain Powered, was born. Seeing the orphan girl Himeko Utsunomiya, who happened to be there, connect with Brain Powered (Hime-Brain), Yuu made a firm decision. Time passed, and the situation became increasingly serious with Orphan beginning to surface. Coastal cities were paralyzed by repeated earthquakes and tsunamis, and many humans became refugees. Then, Yuu appeared before Himeko, riding a light blue Brain Powered (Yuu-Brain). Yuu had connected with a discarded Brain Powered within Orphan and had fled from Orphan. Relentless pursuit battles ensued, and the conflict intensified. As people's intentions intersect in various ways, Orphan continues to surface.
