This is a blouse from FLEUR ROUGE, the original shop of Pink House founder Kaneo Isao, from about 25 years ago. I received it from my mother and wore it a few times. The black base with the polka dot pattern is cute and very lovely. The condition is not bad considering it's an old item. It has a ribbon on the chest.
