I believe I purchased this around the year 2000. I tested its operation with six AA batteries. It produces a very thick and good sound. It can go from a small volume to a quite loud one. There are two issues. First, as shown in the fourth photo, the nut for the power jack connector plug is missing, and the power jack has receded inward. If you plan to use a power adapter, you will need to purchase and install a nut. Also, there is significant crackling noise when the volume knob is moved. However, there is no crackling if the knob is not moved, and there is almost no noise during performance. The exterior shows signs of use and rust on the metal parts, but there are no tears in the covering. There are no included accessories. Only what is shown in the photos.
