I bought this at a used clothing store. Since the brand wasn't listed, I've put Adidas. There's a zipper on the side, and when you open it, it looks like the photo. The hem has Velcro fasteners to cinch it. It's a very interesting design. I'm 170cm tall, and the length is just right. The waist is a little big.
