Used. Good condition, no damage. As I noticed in the photos, the green gold lacquer inlay on the Natsume and Kogo appears to have small holes. Gold lacquer inlay is a technique where a pattern is carved and then gold or colored powder is embedded to create the design. I believe the powder did not fill in properly. I think this is how it was finished from the beginning. Overall, it is considered beautiful, and it is not noticeable unless you look closely, but I am informing you here, so please understand. This is a set of a medium Natsume and Kogo with a Koma-nuri (spinning top lacquer) finish. They fit into one box. The way the Kogo is elevated is a thoughtful touch. (Please refer to the last photo.) At first, I wondered if it would fit into a tea box, but I'm not sure. It might be a little too big. I would be happy if you could use them individually in various ways. The craftsman is Seki Suiun.
