This is a model called "Deora" from the "Hot Wheels Talking Scream Machine" series, manufactured by Mattel and sold in 1999. It's a rare item, so much so that it's not currently for sale on any sites. Features: This is a miniature car with electronic functions that produce real racing sounds, voice, and lights. Condition: It's a vintage item in its original packaging, with a "TRY ME!" feature that activates sounds when the surfboard part is pressed. Currently, the battery is dead, so the sounds do not work.
