I fell in love with it and bought it for work, but I didn't have a lunch break and didn't need a lunch, so I kept it at home for a while without using it much. I think I used it about once... I hope someone will use it. Microwave safe with the lid removed. Capacity: 280ml for the upper container, and 320ml for the lower container, as indicated. There are instructions on the back of the lower tier. In my opinion, it's in good condition, but it's a used item that has been stored at home. There may be some minor scratches and some signs of use. If you are concerned, even slightly, or if you are looking for a perfect item, please refrain from purchasing. When shipping, I plan to separate the upper and lower tiers, wrap them in bubble wrap, and ship them in a Yu-Packet Plus dedicated box.
